SUMMARY:Beginners Bollywood - Wednesday morning
DESCRIPTION:Bollywood dancing is a colourful\, dynamic and highly theatrical dance style seen in Indian films\, a mix of the words Hollywood& Bombay. The success of a Bollywood film can be down to the quality of the song-and-dance numbers. \nIt combines classical forms of dance including traditional Indian\, folk\, salsa\, belly-dance while also incorporating more contemporary western forms such as hip hop\, jazz and disco. Expressive hand gestures in Indian dance are called mudras. They come from sacred rituals in which every movement is carefully choreographed and symbolic. \nThe Beginners Bollywood dance course will explore in detail this super fun\, high energy and upbeat dance style. Each week will focus on new mudras and a selection of Bollywood sequences and gradually building towards a final class when we combine all of our fancy moves! \nThe 6 week discounted course costs £40 which includes a FREE COIN BELT when booking the course. There are 12 places available. If there are any remaining places when the course starts\, then single classes will be available to book at £8.50 per class. \nOnce the course has started Dazzle cannot offer a refund for any missed classes unless we are able to find an alternative booking. If Dazzle needs to cancel a class a refund will be given or an alternative class arranged.\nIf you cannot make your normal class please check the other class times in case you can swap.\nThere are two reduced places available on each course at 50% discount for those who are struggling to afford the course cost.
