DESCRIPTION:NEW routine\, NEW music\, NEW dance style\, EVERY week!\nThis NEW style ladies class is designed to make you feel good and ready for your day. The class starts with a sweaty 25 minutes … an upbeat dance routine\, with lots of repeated moves\, to fun chart toppers. Get the adrenalin flowing\, laugh and escape. We then reap the benefits of the workout with a relaxing 15 minute yoga stretch on our mats creating a positive mindset for the day ahead. Whatever that may involve.\nPlease wear shoes and clothes to easily groove in and bring your own yoga mat and water bottle!\nVenue-Minchinhampton Scout Hut\n9am-10am – The class will start on time!\nThe 6 week course costs £40 or £7 per class drop in (if space) and contactless payment is available.\nDazzle requires a weeks cancellation notice. A refund cannot be offered if within a week of the course starting. But\, we will obviously try our best to find a replacement booking.\nONLY 10 places available to ensure a safe class for all.
