Whatever your body shape\, size and ability burlesque is an excellent way to learn self-love and celebrate your body and at a burlesque class there will be a strong focus on embracing your body. \nBurlesque is a fun alternative to going to the gym\, improving your fitness and mobility. You will learn all of the amazing ways your body can move and stretch while strengthening your core and leg muscles. \nEach class will begin with a warm up to help us shimmy the world away and escape to our Burlesque world. The 5 week course will involve developing and learning a complete burlesque routine using the chair as a focal point. This has become an important and popular part of the class format. DESCRIPTION:Welcoming\, empowering\, sweaty\, joyful and fun.\nEvery week a new routine\, a new dance style and new feel good music.\nEach routine is choreographed with three aims – I want the choreography to feel achievable and for you to leave feeling a sense of achievement – I want you to also feel challenged enough to focus on the dancing and forget about the world outside – I want to put a smile on your face. Some classes focus more on the fitness\, some are bouncy\, some are more technical and others but each class is independent so you can rock up\, enjoy\, take what you need from it and forget about it. There is no pressure to remember any moves for the next class\, just enjoy then say goodbye and get on with your week. \nA short warm up starts the class before gradually\, section by section\, we develop and learn an achievable\, fun\, stylish but challenging enough routine. With lots of repeated sequences\, you will be able to add in more style and individuality as we run through the finished masterpiece a few times before a simple cool down. The time flies by and you can put in as much or as little as you want. If you are there for fitness\, to hang out with friends\, to dance\, to forget about the cupboards that need sorting\, it doesn’t matter. \n\nThen the lights dim\, we roll out our mats for an important\, guided 15-20 minute stretch and relaxation.  Building strength and flexibility\, relaxing\, reaping the benefits of the dance workout and helping you to leave the class a little less wired up!\nHave a bath run for when you get home\, pour the gin or just crawl into bed.

DESCRIPTION:Burlesque chair dance is a sexy\, creative\, classy and fun way to dance.\nBurlesque is inclusive. Whatever your body shape\, size and ability burlesque is an excellent way to learn self-love and celebrate your body and at a burlesque class there will be a strong focus on embracing your body.\nBurlesque is a fun alternative to going to the gym\, improving your fitness and mobility. You will learn all of the amazing ways your body can move and stretch while strengthening your core and leg muscles. \nEach class will begin with a warm up to help us shimmy the world away and escape to our Burlesque world. The 5 week course will involve developing and learning a complete burlesque routine using the chair as a focal point. You will learn lots of iconic burlesque moves with fun props such as feather boas\, hats and gloves to add extra sass but also vogueing and jazz dance styles will be included in the fab routine. We will start with bare feet before moving on to heels but this is your choice.\nWear clothing you can easily dance in which won’t get in the way of your burlesque moves!\n \nChoose from Mondays or Tuesdays 6pm-7pm at Minchinhampton Market House\nor Wednesdays 10.30am-11.30am at Nailsworth Youth Club\nONLY £30 for the 5 week courses starting November 15th or 16th\n\nA Whats App group  will be set up with weekly choreography videos so you can practise at home and important updates\, which you can choose to join.\nI will always try to fit you in on another class if you miss a class but once the course has begun\, a refund cannot be offered for any missed classes. DESCRIPTION:Welcoming\, empowering\, sweaty\, joyful and fun.\nEvery week a new routine\, a new dance style and new feel good music.\nEach routine is choreographed with three aims – I want the choreography to feel achievable and for you to leave feeling a sense of achievement – I want you to also feel challenged enough to focus on the dancing and forget about the world outside – I want to put a smile on your face. Some classes focus more on the fitness\, some are bouncy\, some are more technical but each class is independent so you can rock up\, enjoy\, take what you need from it\, no pressure to remember any moves for the next class\, just enjoy then say goodbye and get on with your week. \nA short warm up starts the class before gradually\, section by section\, we develop and learn an achievable\, fun\, stylish but challenging enough routine. With lots of repeated sequences\, you will be able to add in more style and individuality as we run through the finished masterpiece a few times before a simple cool down. The time flies by and you can put in as much or as little as you want. If you are there for fitness\, to hang out with friends\, to dance\, to forget about the cupboards that need sorting\, it doesn’t matter. \n\nThen the lights dim\, we roll out our mats for an important\, guided 15-20 minute stretch and relaxation.  Building strength and flexibility\, relaxing\, reaping the benefits of the dance workout and helping you to leave the class a little less wired up!\nHave a bath run for when you get home\, pour the gin or just crawl into bed.

Then 40 minutes developing an upbeat dance routine\, with lots of repeated moves\, to fun chart toppers and feel good classics. You will surprise yourself at how much you can achieve in this time. Dance styles can include musical theatre\, street dance\, jive\, charleston\, salsa\, cheerleading\, bhangra\, 90’s boy bands\, afrobeat\, routines with props and dressing up and famous dance styles from history such as Single Ladies\, Thriller or Vogue! \nWe then reap the benefits with an important post workout stretch on our mats creating a positive mindset for the day ahead. Whatever that may involve.\nPlease wear shoes and clothes to easily groove in and bring your own yoga mat and water bottle!

DESCRIPTION:DAZZLE Holiday Club offers fun\, active\, creative days for children aged 5-11.We aim for a personal ‘home from home’ experience with small groups allowing us to connect and develop relationships with each other.Every day is different and includes a variety of structured activities including team sports\, drama games\, plastic free craft activities\, yoga inspired games and silly fun.Whatever your child enjoys there is something for them\, as well as opportunities to try lots of new activities\, develop new interests and skills within a caring and inclusive environment.The children are encouraged to join in with all of the activities but we want the children to feel at home\, relax and hang out with their friends.There is a team of experienced\, enthusiastic and engaging team leaders ready to entertain\, inspire\, guide and keep the kids active and happy. \nWe are very lucky to have the sole use of Minchinhampton Community Centre. The green spaces surrounding the centre and on-site astro turf offer lots of opportunities for secure outdoor activities.The centre building has a selection of areas including a full size sports hall and cosy sofas for relaxing.There is ample free parking for safer\, stress free drop off and collection. \nAt Dazzle we are aiming towards plastic free with craft activities and equipment. A little morning mood boosting party!\nGet the adrenalin flowing\, laugh and escape. \nThe class starts with a simple warm up gently easing our minds and bodies into a new space. Then 40 minutes developing an upbeat dance routine\, with lots of repeated moves\, to fun chart toppers and feel good classics. You will surprise yourself at how much you can achieve in this time. Dance styles can include musical theatre\, street dance\, jive\, charleston\, salsa\, cheerleading\, bhangra\, 90’s boy bands\, afrobeat\, routines with props and dressing up and famous dance styles from history such as Single Ladies\, Thriller or Vogue! \nWe then reap the benefits with an important post workout stretch on our mats creating a positive mindset for the day ahead. Whatever that may involve.\nPlease wear shoes and clothes to easily groove in and bring your own yoga mat and water bottle! \nNext Wake Up & Boogie 5 week course starts on March 9th and costs just £30.\nNailsworth Youth Club Wednesdays 9.15am-10.15am
