DESCRIPTION:Dazzle is excited to offer a three week ‘Wake Up & Boogie’ ladies dance course on Thursday mornings at France Lynch Church Rooms. This is an ideal opportunity to try one to three classes and see if it’s a fit for you before committing to a course in the new year! \nThis morning dance class is designed to make you feel good and ready for your day. The class starts with a gentle warm up followed by learning an upbeat dance routine\, with lots of repeated moves\, to fun chart toppers. 70’s Disco to Car Wash\, 60’s Jive to Hairspray\, 20’s Charleston or Country to Dolly Parton… it could be anything!\nGet the adrenalin flowing\, laugh\, escape and learn new moves.\nThen reap the benefits of the workout with a relaxing 15 minute mat stretch for a positive mindset for the day ahead. Whatever that may involve.\nPlease wear shoes and clothes to easily groove in and bring your own yoga mat and water bottle!\nVenue-France Lynch Church Rooms\n9am-10am – The class will start on time!\nThe 3 week course costs £18 or £7.50 per class drop in (if space) and contactless payment is available.\nDazzle requires a weeks cancellation notice. A refund cannot be offered if within a week of the course starting. But\, we will obviously try our best to find a replacement booking.\nONLY 12 places available to ensure a safe class for all.
