DANCE & STRETCH 9.15am-10.30am
Dazzles signature class. Each independent class is themed to a new dance style, era or artist varying from disco, bollywood, charleston, jive, country, burlesque, 80’s aerobics, rock to pop video, and often including fun dance props or dressing up. Always feel good music, always energetic and always fun.
The class closes with a 20 minute mat stretch and relaxation.
All equipment provided.
