At the Dazzle Holiday Club I aim to create a ‘homely’ atmosphere for the children, lots of free play and freedom but regrouping 4-5 times a day for structured sports, craft, treasure hunts, yoga and team activities. This Easter all the children joined in with every activity with no complaining. This is a real achievement. This caring, personal, trusting atmosphere is created by the Dazzle team and they wowed and inspired me every day. Different personalities with different experiences to offer but all enjoy interacting with children and strive to be positive role models. If the team are having fun, if the team show respect, equality and empathy, if the team try new skills, if they lead by example, so will the kids.
